Your first acupuncture consultation is a 60–90 minute session designed to assess your health and create a personalised treatment plan. It includes a detailed discussion of your health concerns, lifestyle, and medical history, along with pulse and tongue diagnosis. Leanne will explain how acupuncture can help and provide your first treatment using fine, sterile needles to restore balance. A follow-up acupuncture session builds on your initial treatment, focusing on progress and refining your care plan. The session typically lasts 45–60 minutes and includes:
